1) Cut back on the progesterone and simplify protocol to Estradiol 1.2 or 2.4 mg/day DAYS 10-25 and Progesterone 100mg every evening DAY 15-MENSES. If this does not do the trick focus on thyroid. I also find that sometimes it takes a couple of months for things to equilibrate and that jumping the gun is not necessary...

2) For a teenager with acne I would suggest the following protocol: Progesterone 50mg HS DAY 15-MENSES and then supplements (Omega 3 1000-2000mg/day, COQ10- 100mg/day and a liver detox like milk thistle for a month). For a teenager with cramps, I would suggest: Progesterone 100mg HS DAYS 15 TO DAY 3 of MENSES and the same supplements - add MSM 100mg/day and make sure she takes iron supplementation and her thyroid is ok and she doesn't have endometriosis...
